Rental Policy

Booking and Reservation:

  • Wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be reserved by contacting us directly. Confirmation is subject to availability.
  • Reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

Rental Period:

  • Rentals are charged per day, beginning from the agreed collection or delivery time.
  • Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before the original return date, subject to availability.

Delivery and Collection:

  • Customers can pick up the equipment directly from our showroom.
  • Delivery and collection services are available within Singapore with an additional fee.
  • For delivery to a residence, customers must ensure someone is available to receive or return the equipment at the agreed time.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental period will receive a refund minus about 5% (credit card charges & processing fee).
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one day’s rental charge.
  • No refunds for early returns.

Responsibility and Care:

  • Customers must maintain the equipment in good condition and use it responsibly.
  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the customer.
  • Lost or stolen equipment will result in replacement cost.

Safety and Liability:

  • Users are advised to inspect the equipment upon receipt and immediately report any issues.
  • The company is not responsible for injuries or accidents incurred while using the equipment.

Return Conditions:

  • Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition as received.
  • Additional cleaning fees apply for returns requiring extensive cleaning.
